Adrien Rabiot is still a Liverpool target and Jurgen Klopp could finally land Paris Saint-Germain’s midfielder next year when he will be available for free.
The 23-year-old is in the final year of his contract and has so far yet to agree a new one.
According to ESPN, the Premier League club have made contact with Rabiot’s mum, who also acts as his agent.
Despite being linked with Liverpool, Juventus and Barcelona in the summer, he remained in Paris and is likely to still have Europe’s big boys interested.

Klopp is said to be a long-time admirer of Rabiot and reportedly tried to sign him when he was Borussia Dortmund’s manager.
In an interview in 2017, Rabiot said he grew up loving Liverpool. “I would love to play in the Premier League, not necessarily one club in particular, even though I was very fond of Liverpool when I was young,” he revealed.
Rabiot caused anger in France during the summer when he refused a place on manager Didier Deschamps’ standby list.
